Our policy on refunds for custom-made products is that they are non-refundable. This is because customized products are made to meet each customer’s unique needs and specifications. We highly recommend that customers carefully review the product specifications and provide accurate details before placing a custom order to ensure that the final product meets their expectations.

To report a quality fault and get a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the issue within 24-48 hours of receiving the item. You can do this by contacting us through our customer service channels or messaging us on our Facebook page.
  2. Take a picture of the defect or issue to provide evidence of the problem. This will help us assess the issue and expedite the replacement process.
  3. Once we receive your report and evidence, we will review the issue and arrange for a replacement to be delivered. Our policy for quality defects is to provide a replacement for up to 7 days. We value your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues you encounter with our products.
Yes, we offer sample orders so that you can see and feel the quality of our work before placing a larger order.

Our turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of your order and the printing method you choose. We’ll give you an estimated turnaround time when you place your order and keep you updated on its progress.

Worldwide shipping is available.

 

Once you’ve ordered you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number once

your item is ready to be shipped. Please allow up to (5) Five business days for us to verify

and process an order. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. For

international shipments, allow 7-21 business days for delivery depending on destination

and selected delivery service.

 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery

once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation

number, any claims should be made with USPS, FedEx, DHL or any service couriers used

internationally. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees

incurred from importing our products.

 

All order(s) will become your property at the time that they are shipped to the address

provided to us, once we received the full payment for the order(s).

 

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. We reserve the right to request

additional information from our customers for verification purposes as well. We reserve

the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without

notification.

 

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes

First Principles to import the goods on their behalf. Furthermore, the consignee/buyer

agrees that First Principles may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf

to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in

addition with the purchase price of the goods.

First Principles wants our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. For any

reason you are not satisfied, we can issue a store credit for returned products. Returns

and exchange are not accepted for sale/ clearance items.

 

For First Principles and Artist merch products, we offer returns within (30) THIRTY DAYS

from receipt of merchandise. For made to order or personalized products, we cannot offer

refunds or exchanges on products. If there is a problem with your order feel free to reach

out to our customer service team

 

Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging

(where applicable). International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes

will be subjected to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing.

Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be

notified via email.

 

We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at

any time without notification.

All return and exchanges should be shipped via insured and traceable mail in a secured

package.
